1. Minimum order value
There is no minimum order value.

2. Methods of payment
We accept payment by Paypal (Visa, Mastercard, Aura).

3. Shipping costs
Delivery within Europe: min. EURO 1,50 - max EURO 8,00
Worldwide delivery: min. EURO 1,80 – max EURO 20,00

4. Prices, product information and availability of goods
All prices are in Euro (EUR). All goods sold are subject to availability. Where goods are temporarily out of stock we will contact you so that you may choose between a refund on the item, having it shipped when it is back in stock or selecting an alternative product. Whilst we take the utmost care to ensure all product information, pictures and prices are accurate we do not accept liability for any inaccuracies or omissions.

5. VAT
Value Added Tax (sales tax) is included in the prices shown.

6. Despatch and receipt of goods
We normally despatch goods within 2 working days after receipt of payment. Should the goods be out of stock we will notify you and give you the option to cancel your order. 
In the event of damages to the goods during transport we will replace the damaged items free of charge. In this case please note the following procedure:
Damages that occured during transport have to be reported to the delivery company/postal service straight away. 

7. Delivery
Your order will be processed on receipt of payment. 
Delivery within Europe normally 5-7 working days, worldwide shipping normally 10-12 working days.

8. Returns
You may return any damaged goods with all original packaging and labels within one month of receipt. You can choose to either receive a full refund for the total value of the goods or exchange the goods. Should you wish to exchange we will ship the exchanged goods to you free of charge.

4. Prezzi, informazioni di prodotto e la disponibilità dei beni 
Tutti i prezzi sono in Euro. Tutti i prodotti venduti sono soggetti a disponibilità. Nel caso in cui le merci sono temporaneamente esaurite ti contatteremo in modo tale che possiate scegliere tra il rimborso, attendere che la merce torni in giacenza oppure di scegliere un prodotto alternativo. Mentre si prende la massima cura per assicurare tutte le informazioni sui prodotti, foto e prezzi, non accettiamo responsabilità per eventuali inesattezze o omissioni.

5. IVA 
Imposta sul valore aggiunto (IVA) è compresa nel prezzo indicato.

6. Invio e ricezione delle merci 
Normalmente spediamo la merce entro 2 giorni lavorativi dopo il ricevimento del pagamento.

Nel caso in cui le merci fossero esaurite verrete avvisati e vi daremo la possibilità di annullare l'ordine. 
In caso di danni alle merci durante il trasporto l'articolo verrà sostituito gratuitamente. In questo caso si ricorda la seguente procedura: 
I danni verificati durante il trasporto devono essere subito comunicati alla consegna postale.

7. Consegna 
Il tuo ordine verranno trattati, al ricevimento del pagamento. 
Consegna in Europa in genere 5-7 giorni lavorativi, spedizione in tutto il mondo normalmente 10-12 giorni lavorativi. 

8. Restituisce 
E' possibile ritornare le merci danneggiate con l'imballaggio originale e le etichette entro un mese dalla ricezione. Potete scegliere di ricevere un rimborso totale per il valore complessivo dei beni o le merci di scambio. La merce che riceverete in cambio vi sarà spedita gratuitamente.
